Lord Green Opens Perfection Foods New Factory in Walsall

Lord Green, the Minister for Trade and Investment, has today officially opened Perfection Foods’ new Walsall premises, developed to help propel the firm’s international export growth. The new Walsall site, based at the Walsall Enterprise Park, has been developed to concentrate solely on supplying its international customers, with its existing Wednesbury premises focusing on domestic supply. The company currently employs 45 staff across its two sites, but Perfection Foods estimates that an additional 70 positions will be created as it expands capacity at the new location.
