Last week, that spirit of creativity led to something special:
our first batch of handcrafted matcha cupcakes.

Matcha, the finely ground green tea powder revered for its clean, vibrant flavour profile, has become one of the fastest-growing trends in global bakery, café, and dessert menus. Known for its subtle earthy sweetness, natural colour, and premium positioning, matcha continues to rise across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

To stay ahead of the curve, our development team produced a series of rich chocolate-based cupcakes topped with a striking matcha-infused frosting. The result:
a visually stunning, naturally coloured, flavour-forward cupcake that feels both modern and indulgent.
